Dye Sublimation

We use dye sublimation printing which is one of the highest quality print methods available for large format outdoor graphics. Sublimation printed polyester material won’t scratch, scuff or fade easily. Printed for repeated outdoor display.

High Quality Fabric

With the durable weather-proof polyester fabric strengthened canvas header, and double-stitched edges. Constructed by heat pressing two layers of a cotton blend with a specially woven fabric that is easy to keep clean and stands up to wear and tear.

PRINTING OPTIONS

Single Sided Printing

Single-sided is actually single-ply,The image will bleed through and in reverse on the back.

Double Sided Printing

Design your graphics with two-sided printing for multi-directional marketing opportunities. You can get the same or different image printed on both sides. These flags have a liner sewn in between the two sides.The back side image will be exactly the same as the front,not reversed.

BANNER FLAG INSTRUCTIONS

Starting Parts:

- Flag skin

- Rods to assemble flag pole

- Base of your choosing

Step 1

Stat with the thinest rods and join them all together.

Ensure that they fit together tightly.

Step 2

Insert the joinedpoles into thesleeve of the flag.

Push until the toprod has reachedthe end of thesleeve.

Step 3

Secure the rod onto the base you have selected.

Step 4

Adjust the tension by moving it up or down, if you think the banner is too tight or too loose.Then secure to the anchor point.

Anchor Point

Indoors

Insert the banner into the cross base. It weighs about 3kg. making it great for indoor use.

Outdoors

Insert the banner into the cross base and fill the accompanying water bag with water.It welghs about 9kg, making it highly
suited for outdoor
use

To be honest - I didn't expect such high quality. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our library needs a temporary sign until we can get a real sign on our building (we currently only have a small hanging sign that says "LIBRARY" so no one knows where we are!!) . I'm so happy with this sign and I think we'll keep it throughout the summer/spring/fall! The pictures I submitted when ordering were surprisingly clear (the seller sent an email to confirm the pictures, which was very nice), the fabric is thick, and the pole is surprisingly sturdy. It has weathered several summer storms with winds of at least 30 mph and it is still standing! I highly recommend this product if you need a high quality custom outdoor sign/flag.

The flag itself is of very good quality and vibrant. The quality of the metal is very strong yet lightweight making it easy to disassemble and store. The part that holds it to the ground is a beast! It's super heavy and well made. These are better than most flags you see in retail stores. Highly recommend ASAP Canopy!
