40ft Curved Tethered Arch

When it comes to inflating our Curved Tethered Arch we offer two options – Constant Air and Sealed Air. The Constant Air design features a single layer of custom printed material and an external electric blower is used to continuously pump air into the Curved Tethered Arch to keep it inflated. Our Sealed Air design has an internal bladder that makes the arch airtight and an electric pump is used to inflate the arch; once inflated you simply close the valve and the Curved Tethered Arch will stay inflated all day.

AIR OPTIONS

Sealed Air

Sealed Air Arches take a few minutes longer to inflate, but feature a very durable, air tight inner tube with a secondary outer layer, meaning that once the Arch has been inflated, it can be left in place all day without the need for a constant air supply.

Constant Air

Constant Air Arches can inflate in less than 45 seconds! They require constant power from a 110v power source, and are inflated by a quiet but powerful internal blower.

Offering solid durability and resistance in variable conditions, Dacron® faperforms well against abrasions and dry conditions. Polyurethane Inner Tube With Airtight Technology

Our advanced AIT (Airtight Inner Tube) technology does not require continuous air supply to keep the correct amount of pressure within its structure.The AIT technology eliminates the need for constant air flow! Once the frame is pumped up, the air is sealed off inside and won’t be released until you open the valves.

MATERIAL INTRODUCE

600D polyester

A heavy weight material with a matte finish that looks and feels extremely high quality. Still easy to handle and transport, and can be set up by two people. This material does not have a glossy surface so whilst many customers say it looks the best, it is slightly harder to keep clean if used in muddy areas. This material is designed for regular outdoor use. Available in both Sealed Air and Constant Air.

0.45 Vinyl

A strong, heavy duty 0.45mm PVC tarpaulin. Only available as a Constant Air model, this Curved Tethered Arch requires a blower to be permanently attached to keep the Curved Tethered Arch inflated. It is easy to keep clean, and will stand up to wear and tear. Only available in Constant Air.

0.6 Vinyl

A very strong, durable heavy weight tarpaulin that is our strongest and most durable material option which is also capable of locking in air once inflated. It is easy to keep clean, and will stand up to wear and tear. High quality expert seam welding created an air tight seal, meaning the arch will remain inflated for over 24hrs! Only available in Sealed Air.

Despite their large size, inflatable Curved Tethered Arch are actually incredibly easy to set up! In the above instructions, we’re giving you a quick run through of the simple set-up process for your custom inflatable Curved Tethered Arch.

1.Unpack the Curved Tethered Arch, ropes, and ground stakes from the carry bag. Unroll the arch and lay it flat where you intend to use it.

2.After attaching the ropes to all D-rings at the top of the Curved Tethered Arch, locate the valve and ensure both parts of the bung have been removed. plug the arch in to your power source and begin inflation.

3.You should be able to inflate the Curved Tethered Archarch to almost full pressure and then you can close the valve.

4.Guide the Curved Tethered Arch upright as it inflates, making sure to stay clear of any sharp objects. If you have a continuous-air model, make sure the Curved Tethered Arch is plugged in the entire time in use! Next, attach the other end of the ropes to your ground stakes or other weight sources. Distance with even pressure to avoid the arch leaning.

A.Pick Your Curved Tethered Arch Style

Choose between a traditional and a square arch shape. Both shape options features the same heavy-duty inflatable core and custom removable graphics.

B.Tie Down Straps & Stakes

Tie down straps and stakes are included to keep the inflatable arch standing upright and secured to the ground.

C.Removable Graphics

All graphics are removable, allowing for maximum display flexibility. Banners are secured to the inflatable arches via hook and loop fasteners.

D.Durable Inflatable Core

The inflatable core is made from heavy-duty TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane. This rubber-like material is highly flexible, puncture resistant, and designed for outdoor display.

E.Full-Color Custom Printing

Graphics are using dye sublimation printed technology for eye-catching, full color designs that are scratch and fade resistant. Printed for repeated outdoor display.

Transportation Policy

At ASAP CANOPY, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. That’s why we prioritize our shipping process to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Here is some information about our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping Information

Your order usually ships within 1 business day. This means that the order leaves our warehouse within 1 business day after the order was placed. We work hard to process and package your order efficiently to minimize any delay in shipping.

All ground orders usually take the following transit time after they have been shipped:

West Coast = approx. 3-4 business days
Midwest = approx. 3-5 business days
East Coast = approx. 4-5 business days

For all freight deliveries, the estimated transit time is approximately 2-7 business days. We utilize reliable shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac for our logistics delivery.

Customized roof transportation and delivery

If you have ordered a custom canopy, please note that the shipping process may take a bit longer. Your order usually ships within 5 business days. This means that the order leaves our warehouse within 5 business days after the order was placed.

For custom canopy orders, the transit time after shipping is as follows:

As part of the ASAP CANOPY experience, it is our commitment to provide superior products. If you are not completely satisfied with your ASAP CANOPY purchase for any reasons, we will make it right. You can return your product for a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition. ASAP CANOPY does NOT accept returns for any custom printed products unless the custom printed product has a fault under our manufacturers warranty.

ASAP CANOPY guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, naturally caused accidents, storm, rain, or wind gusts.

ASAP CANOPY can arrange the product return for change of mind, however, the customer will be invoiced for the shipping cost. In addition, when processing a refund due to change of mind, a component of the original price will be non-refundable. This amount will be equal to the shipping charges charged by the courier company. If you receive a faulty or damaged product a replacement will be provided.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

ASAP CANOPY offers each product's best packaging with excellent security and quick delivery. If the product is damaged or there is any problem, you must contact us before further action. When you receive your package, examine your product instantly after the delivery. If there are any product-related issues, let us know because we aim to deal with the consequences as soon as possible with the best possible solutions. We deliver packages in 3 to 9 business days after the payment. When we send you the package from our depository, you will receive an email and confirmation along with the tracking order number.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Return policy

ASAP CANOPY offers 30 days of refunds, exchange, and return policy on any stock other than non-custom products after the transportation date. The customers have to pay the charges for the shipping and return trade-offs. If the inventory is unopened, unused, and still in its new packaging, it can be returned and exchanged. Customers should note that we do not send extra boxes for the repackaging of the products while sending them back to us. We are not responsible for the customer's mistakes while making their online orders, and we do not cater to the order requests after 30 days of the shipment date.

In order to trade-off or return any products, read the following policies. If your requirements and necessities are up to the mark, you can contact our customer service department and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be placed outside the returning packages. Moreover, the original or photocopy of the receipt and packaging slip should also include return packaging. We will not cater to return packages without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Trade-offs and returns should ensure that the inventory purchased from the custom tent with the logo within 30 days after the shipment date. We will replace or repair the package, then dispatch it to the customers, and customers have to pay the shipment and returning charges. Costs will be upon the customers.

Returns or Exchanges

In order to meet all the return requirements, the stock should be unused, new, in good condition with the warranty manuals and accessories, including the packaging as well. The consumer is accountable for the return shipping charges. The returned products should be purchased from ASAP CANOPY from the first 30 days of the first shipment date. We recommend that return stock should use tracking abilities for ease and convenience. We need 6-7 business days to proceed with the return stocks upon the receipt or slip.

Moreover, we need to review all the return packages by our customer care service department before any refunds or credits are printed. If the customer care services do not pass the inventory, it will be shipped back to the customer without issuing credit with the delivery cost. Whereas, if the inventory stock is passed, it will be shipped to the customer, and we will also pay back the customer at the buy cost of the merchandise. Additionally, if the customer meets all the return terms and conditions, the credit will be left on the customer for their future purchases.

Refunds

If a product is non-custom, unopened, non-printed, like new, it might be returned within the first 30 days of shipment for a refund. It will consist of 15% of the restocking fee, and it will have less invoice shipping cost as well. The RMA number should be correct, and our customer service division will organize it.

If the product is harmed, damaged, missing, or not in good condition, it will not be returned, refunded, or traded off. The customer is responsible for the shipment cost. In addition, we do not accept returns of custom printed packages, and we provide evidence to the customers before the approval and shipment. Moreover, when the art craft is approved, it will not accept the refund, return and exchange policy.

We will investigate a return package within 3 to 5 working days and issue the refunding invoice and credit. It includes the lower invoice shipment cost and has a 15% restocking fee to the credit card against the purchase of the product or a credit for the customer's record.

Lost or Damaged Parts

It is mandatory to check and examine the package instantly whenever you receive it, and you should claim immediately for any damaged parts or any loss. The customers should tell them regarding the loss and damaged part of the inventory within 72 hours after receiving the package.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
