This Service Commitment will explain our warranty policy, including a lifetime warranty for frames and hardware, a 1-time warranty reprint for printed goods, and a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories. We will also provide instructions on how to process a warranty claim. Additionally, we will share our address for customers to send in their warranty items.
Warranty for Frames and Hardware
ASAP CANOPY takes pride in offering the only lifetime warranty in the industry for frames and hardware. We understand that accidents happen and parts may need to be replaced over time. That’s why we cover any parts that require repair or replacement. We only ask that customers cover the shipping costs. This lifetime warranty ensures that our customers can enjoy their products for years to come without worrying about the durability or longevity of the frames and hardware.
Warranty Reprint for Printed Goods
In addition to the lifetime warranty for frames and hardware, ASAP CANOPY also offers a 1-time warranty reprint for printed goods. We understand that colors may fade over time or the prints may get damaged due to various reasons. If this happens, we are here to help. Simply contact our Warranty Specialist with photos of the damaged printed goods, and they will assess the severity of the damage. If a reprint is deemed necessary, we will provide a 1-time warranty reprint free of charge.
Repair/Replacement of Damaged Accessories
ASAP CANOPY understands that accessories such as rolling tent bags can get damaged during transportation or regular use. That’s why we offer a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories. If your rolling tent bag or any other accessory gets damaged, don’t throw it away just yet. Take photos of the damaged accessory and contact our Warranty Specialist. They will determine whether a repair or replacement is needed, and proceed accordingly. Please keep in mind that all shipping costs for warranty items, including damaged accessories, must be paid prior to shipment.
